Pricing and services
Prices sent by text are informational. A starting price may change with the services, integrations, and scope you choose. Submitting a form does not purchase a service or create a service agreement. If you become a customer, the written agreement for your services will set out the applicable scope, fees, and terms.
Customer service text terms
E2 Local sends customer service text messages only to people who request them. On our pricing form, you can check an SMS consent box that is blank by default and select “Text Me My Pricing.” This asks E2 Local to text the pricing you requested to the mobile number you provide and enrolls you in related customer service texts. These may include customer-requested quote updates, service progress notifications, appointment and service reminders, and responses to support inquiries. Messages relate directly to your inquiry or service request. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising texts.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or submit a support request through our contact page. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase; you can request pricing without SMS through our contact form.
Your responsibilities
Keep the information you submit accurate. If you provide a phone number, you confirm that you are its subscriber or customary user and are authorized to request a text at that number. Do not submit someone else’s number without permission.
Availability
We work to keep the website and messaging service available, but they may be interrupted by maintenance, security events, network issues, or providers. Text delivery can be delayed or fail. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
